The Novus Sealing Pty Ltd Management Team is committed to the design, development of sealing equipment, purchasing, manufacturing and testing followed by installation servicing and where applicable the upgrade of product in compliance with International and as necessary other product directives.

Products are developed to satisfy all our customers identified needs and expectations in every aspect of quality, cost, performance and reliability.

We are further committed to the continual improvement of all people, products (irrespective of out-sourcing) and processes to enhance the company’s products, services and internal efficiency and better identify and satisfy customers’ needs and expectations.
This will be achieved by effective and efficient Business Management and Good Business Practice at all levels within our organisation.

Continual development and training of our personnel is undertaken by providing them with clear business objectives and identifying the competence needed to satisfy our customers’ needs and expectations.

Adherence to quality and integrity will not be compromised in pursuing our goals and objectives. This quality policy will be evaluated at each Management Review meeting and revised as necessary.

As General Manager I accept primary responsibility for the quality of our systems, products and service, and endorse the business management system. To implement this, I will delegate my responsibilities to the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that this System is understood, accepted and implemented throughout the organisation.
